When will my order be dispatched?
All products ordered before 3pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm or over the weekend are dispatched the next working day.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Standard delivery is free on UK mainland and Northern Ireland orders over £75, up to a maximum basket weight of 5kg. Express and other premium services are excluded. View delivery options.

What if I need to return something?
Our additional online returns offer lets you request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For change-of-mind returns under this offer, items must be unused with their original tags and packaging.
These conditions do not limit your statutory online cancellation or faulty-goods rights. You pay ordinary change-of-mind return postage; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described goods where required by your statutory rights.
